Because Cali Mobile Auto Glass provides mobile service, the customer must provide a safe and suitable service location. The service location should allow:

Incorrect or incomplete vehicle information may result in delays, price changes, or rescheduling.
Some vehicles require ADAS calibration after windshield replacement. Calibration needs depend on the vehicle make, model, year, safety features, and manufacturer requirements. If calibration is required, the customer is responsible for authorizing and paying for calibration service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cali Mobile Auto Glass is not responsible for ADAS warnings, system faults, or driver-assist feature issues caused by pre-existing vehicle problems, prior damage, sensor faults, aftermarket modifications, or declined calibration.
Payment is due when service is completed unless another payment arrangement is approved before the appointment. Accepted payment methods may vary. Any unpaid balance must be paid before the vehicle is released or the job is considered complete. The customer is responsible for any approved parts, labor, calibration, mobile service fees, taxes, or other charges connected to the service.

Glass availability depends on the vehicle, trim, sensors, tint, manufacturer options, and supplier inventory. Some vehicles require specific glass types or additional parts, including moldings, clips, sensors, rain sensor pads, heating elements, or camera brackets. If the correct glass or required part is unavailable, service may need to be rescheduled.
Windshield repair is only possible when the damage meets repair standards based on size, depth, location, and condition of the glass. A repair may improve the damaged area and help prevent spreading, but it may not make the damage disappear completely. Windshield replacement, side window replacement, rear glass replacement, and other auto glass work will be performed based on the approved service order.
Warranty coverage, if offered, applies only to the specific work performed by Cali Mobile Auto Glass and is subject to inspection. Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Warranty claims must be reported to Cali Mobile Auto Glass within a reasonable time after the issue is noticed.
Cali Mobile Auto Glass is not responsible for problems caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, including rust, body damage, previous improper installation, damaged pinch welds, broken clips, faulty regulators, electrical issues, sensor faults, or aftermarket modifications. If a pre-existing condition prevents proper service, we may stop work, recommend additional repair, or reschedule service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cali Mobile Auto Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, missed appointments, business interruption, or delays caused by parts, weather, traffic, customer availability, or unsafe service conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue, unless otherwise required by law.
